What is ShopSecure?
ShopSecure is a product-delivery workflow for registered buyers in Nigeria. A User books and pays for logistics, while an assigned Secure Agent confirms pickup from the seller and delivery to the buyer.
Who can create a ShopSecure order?
A registered User creates the order as the buyer. The User supplies the product, seller pickup, and buyer delivery details, then selects a quote and pays for that order through Paystack.
How does a User pay for the booking?
After selecting a quote, the User opens Paystack Checkout for that order's backend-confirmed booking total. ShopSecure verifies the Paystack reference, amount, and currency before assigning a Secure Agent. Buyers do not maintain a ShopSecure wallet balance.

Why do I enter a product value?
The total declared product value is required for shipping quotes. ShopSecure records it but does not charge, hold, or transfer it. The buyer pays the seller directly using their agreed method before Agent pickup.
How is the delivery charge shown?
ShopSecure displays bookingTotal exactly as returned by the backend and does not calculate or split it in the browser. The current default Lagos same-state delivery charge is NGN 5,500.

What does a Secure Agent do on an order?
The Agent has two operational actions. Confirm pickup records collection from the seller. Confirm delivery records the final handoff, completes the order, and credits the Agent commission wallet.
What does a Secure Agent upload during setup?
After registering with first and last name, email, Nigerian phone number, and a six-digit PIN, the Agent can upload a face photograph and an image of a NIN document together. Successful upload activates the Agent workspace, or an Admin can activate it before the documents exist. Missing documents can still be uploaded later; neither pathway by itself promises any additional identity or product guarantee.
When does the buyer pay the seller?
The buyer and seller arrange product payment directly before Agent pickup. ShopSecure does not collect or transfer that product payment.
04 / Delivery and completion
How is delivery completed?
The Agent confirms pickup after collecting the product, then confirms delivery after the final handoff. Delivery confirmation completes the order immediately without a separate buyer or Admin confirmation step.
How does a Secure Agent earn and withdraw?
Completion credits the Agent commission to the Agent wallet. An active Agent can save a supported Nigerian bank account and request a withdrawal with the Agent PIN. A processing request is not treated as complete until its final status is confirmed.
Can I share the public order-status link?
Share it deliberately. Anyone with the link can view the limited order progress and assigned Agent contact returned for that order. The link does not provide authenticated Agent actions.
Is a logistics option always available?
No. Options depend on the order's Nigerian pickup and delivery addresses, parcel details, current availability, and expiry. Use the options returned in the order and refresh them when the screen allows it.
